RETS IQ Hatch™ is a rich web application for adding and editing listings via RETS 1.x. RETS IQ Hatch™ is almost completely driven by RETS metadata including field layout and validation. This means that as your metadata changes, such as new fields and business rules, the application reflects those changes automatically.

RETS IQ Hatch™ has been designed with your users in mind, providing key features for making the process of adding listings as quick and error free as possible. This includes full keyboard access, context sensitive field layout and grouping and descriptive error reporting.
