Carolina Multiple Listing Services selects Bridge Interactive Group’s Cheque™ Product to streamline RETS Billing and Account Management

(ATLANTA, GA) November 9, 2011 - Carolina Multiple Listing Services (CMLS) has added Cheque™ to the list of services it receives from Bridge Interactive Group in order to streamline the MLS’s billing and account management for RETS feeds.

Once an MLS implements Cheque, anyone seeking access to MLS’s listing database simply completes an online form describing who they are and how and where they will use the listing data. They agree to the MLS’s Terms and Conditions for access, and provide credit card or other billing information. Once the form is submitted, MLS staff either approves or denies the request. If approved, a data feed is established, the agreement is stored online, and the billing process begins. Data feeds are automatically suspended for accounts that are delinquent or when agreements expire. The MLS also has a simple process to suspend access for those accounts that violate the terms of the agreement.
