RETS IQ Contact™ is an MLS level RETS management tool which adds detailed control and usage transparency to an MLS RETS system. Contact enables MLS Administrators to simply and effectively filter and restrict access to MLS listing content. Contact captures and analyzes all RETS transactions, providing unprecedented monitoring tools.
RETS IQ Cheque™ is a RETS Account Management and Billing application. Cheque can be used as a stand-alone application or can be integrated with Contact, providing an unprecedented, complete RETS Administration package. Cheque enables MLS operators to more easily track to whom they have given RETS access, RETS licensing agreements and the generation and collection of RETS billing. Cheque also provides a Data Consumer Control panel, allowing third party vendors to confirm agent Status, track customers, view usage information. Cheque shifts the burden of maintenance from the MLS operator to the RETS Data Consumer.
