Poor RETS server availability can be costly, Pulse is a RETS server tool for MLSs and Server Providers to monitor their RETS servers.

With Pulse, notifications are immediately sent the minute problems with the RETS server are discovered. The Pulse service also keeps detailed logs allowing you to easily see when and what problems occurred over time.
