RETS IQ is a product suite that provides flexible, innovative software for the real estate industry. From MLS RETS data management to listing input, the powerful  technology allows for better data management and communication between MLSs, brokers and 3rd party systems.

On the front-end, RETS IQ Compose is a listing input interface for Brokers and Agents to manage their listings. Compose provides an easy to use web based interface with MLS business rule awareness, significantly reducing the time it takes to enter listings and improving the quality of the data entered. Compose allows field auto-population from more than one data provider and the ability to update multiple data sources in addition to the MLS, including Broker back office systems allowing a single entry point to multiple systems.

The RETS IQ suite provides efficient and transparent MLS account management for Brokers and Agents. Cheque allows Agents to sign up for Broker approved vendor services online, complete with digitally signed data consumer agreement approval. Billing management and data access are tightly integrated.

On the back-end, the RETS IQ suite empowers the MLS with management of their data consumers. Contact allows the MLS administrator fine grained control over listing data through a simple and powerful web based interface. MLS administrators can control record access, search results and monitor consumer usage and searches in real-time.

RETS IQ Cheque provides the MLS with a solution for a non-dues revenue stream. Cheque provides flexible billing structures, and enables MLS operators to more easily track who is getting RETS access, the customers of RETS Data Recipients and generate and collect data usage billing.
